Project Manager - Maternity Cover

We are a dynamic international company at the forefront of 3D visualization, empowering fashion brands worldwide to revolutionize their way of work through cutting-edge technology.

PixelPool combines fashion and technology to create photo realistic visuals for leading design studios and premium retail brands. We help their designers communicate and demonstrate their ideas with our visualizations from 3D stills and animations to interactive 3D VR environments and applications.

PixelPool is headquartered in the Hague, the Netherlands and has offices in the United States and Bulgaria.

We are looking for a talented Project Manager to join our team in Sofia for a temporary contract of (at least) 1.5 years (Maternity leave cover contract). In this role you will be working with leading fashion brands and will be responsible for the smooth communication and collaborative process between them and our teams in Sofia.

Key Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a design/creative/production agency, 3D studio, or in the fashion industry

• Project leadership with experience managing the design development process for 3D deliverables

• Proven experience with Project Management tools such as Jira, Trello, Smartsheet, Asana or similar

• A strong eye for quality and attention to detail

• Curiosity and desire to explore new solutions and creatively solve problems

• Proactive, inventive, highly organized, and calm under pressure

• Ability to build relationships through open and clear communication, transparent collaboration and consistently delivers results

• Ability to make accurate and timely decisions

• Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills in both Bulgarian and English.

• Ability to work alone or with management to produce budget estimates with realistic timelines and resources

• Familiarity with Blender, 3DS Max, Marvelous Designer, and/or CLO 3D would be a strong advantage.

What you’ll do

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from concept to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

• Be the main point of contact for our clients for the projects you manage

• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolving any challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.

• Collaborate with various 3D teams in favor of new and ongoing projects

• Coordinate and keep track of production and ensure deadlines are being met

• Analyze the team’s performance and proactively propose improvements

• Help clients narrow down their requests and requirements according to PixelPool’s capacity and business goals

• Translate client briefs into actionable, clear production items

• Communicate and collaborate with Project Managers, Leads, and internal production teams located in The Netherlands, United States and Bulgaria.
