Production Director DPC

For our office in Sofia we are looking for an experienced Production Director to take the overall responsibility for the management, development, performance and maintenance of the production part of the organization.  The role is reporting to the COO, based in the Netherlands and works closely with all teams in Sofia but also our other two offices.

Responsibilities: 

• Leading the Production Team

• Overseeing the production and support teams in the Sofia Office - management, IT (licenses) and creative departments

• Motivate, support and guide the team

• Empower and support Team Leads in managing the day to day work and continues development of people

• Working with all teams to manage production workflow, schedule and quality

• Setting ambitious production goals and communicate them to Production Team and Team Leads

• Striving to increase productivity and reduce expenses across all product lines

• Having a good overall understanding of customer requirements

• Experience in leading a large team/organization, ideally in a similar environment which is technology and/or creatively oriented.

• Excellent organizational, time and self-management skills.

• Strong knowledge of production management and experience working in a creative environment

• Excellent communication skills, both in Bulgarian and English

• Proven experience as production director or a similar role

• Project management and leadership skills and experience.

• Ability to drive and motivate a team.     

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
